GENERAL FEATURES

• Hardware and machines comply with EU standards and are CE certified.
• The tank is designed with a cylindrical section and is designed with the most durable and safest combination.
• High strength, fine grained, normalized special “P” series pressure vessel steel in EN 10028-3 norm is used in our tanks. Mechanical and metallurgical properties of steels are tested and verified.
• Elliptical cambers with stress relief in accordance with standards are used in tank heads.
• Manufacturing and quality processes are carried out under the supervision of an independent inspection institution, in accordance with standards and procedures, with our expert, experienced engineer staff.
• Welding is done by certified welders using materials and methods in accordance with standards.
• Testing and checking of all welded joints are carried out by our internationally recognized and certified NDT personnel.
• After manufacturing, all tanks are subjected to hydrostatic pressure testing. After this test, the connections of the tank accessories are tested with air for leaks.
• Tank exterior surfaces are sandblasted to SA 2.5 quality before painting.
• For painting, the best product is offered to the customer by using corrosion-resistant, long-lasting, high-quality two-component paint products of paint companies that have proven their international quality.
